Pet Health Certificates

Documentation Done Right

Why Documentation Is Everything

A single incorrect or expired document can result in your pet being denied entry at the destination — or worse, placed into quarantine at your expense. International pet health certificates are complex, time-sensitive, and vary significantly by country.

At Avolar Pets, we have prepared thousands of health certificate packages for destinations across the globe. We know exactly what each country requires, when documents must be issued, and how they must be formatted and endorsed.

Whether your pet is traveling in-cabin, as air cargo, or as a service animal — we make sure every piece of paperwork is accurate, properly endorsed, and valid for travel day.

Important: Many countries require documentation to be completed in a precise sequence — an error in the order alone can invalidate months of preparation. We strongly advise against attempting complex international pet documentation without professional guidance.

What We Handle For You

From the first form to the final stamp

USDA-Accredited Health Certificates

We coordinate with USDA-accredited veterinarians to prepare and sign the required health certificates for your pet's destination.

USDA Endorsement

After the vet signs the certificate, it must be endorsed by a USDA APHIS Veterinary Services office. We handle this step completely.

Import Permits

Many countries require advance import permits. We know exactly which destinations require them and obtain them on your behalf.

Destination-Specific Paperwork

From EU pet passports to Australia's AQIS documents to Japan's MAFF forms — every country is different. We know them all.

Bilingual Certificates

Some countries require certificates in their official language. We prepare certified bilingual documents where required.

Timing & Validity Windows

Health certificates expire — sometimes within 10 days of travel. We manage all timing to ensure every document is valid on travel day.

All Travel Types Covered

In-Cabin Travel

If your pet is small enough to travel in the cabin, you still need a health certificate. We prepare the proper documentation for in-cabin pets traveling internationally.

Air Cargo (Manifest)

Pets traveling as air cargo require the most comprehensive documentation. This is our specialty — we handle every form for every airline and destination.

Service Animals

Service and emotional support animals traveling internationally have their own documentation requirements. We're experienced with all airline and country-specific rules.
